More than 4,400 Afghan refugees planned to resettle in Texas after the U.S. withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan and the Taliban takeover. Majority where women and children.
CHIRAJ has partnered with Refugee Services Texas and has taken the lead in distributing feminine hygiene products to incoming Afghan refugee women. Refugees need to be treated with respect and are always welcome.
